We have been looking for a couple of years to find a place in the country,other brokerage firms had given up on us,peter stayed until the end!

Peter got the job done! Other times I have had land up for sale by other realtors and at times nothing seemed to happen. Peter completed the job!

My experience with Peter was great. He was available for me anytime and promptly responded to any questions that I had.

Peter kept me in the loop about everything with the sale of the property. I could call or text him anytime during the day, evening, or weekend and I would always get a reply. That was important to me because the sale of this property was crucial for my family. Peter also did a fabulous job with conversing with the buyer's agent and we were able to always get speedy answers. Peter is SUPERMAN.....or, just a plain SUPER MAN!

Honestly I have no complaints with Peter Boettcher, he would call and text with updates and information for us to help answer any and all questions that we had, even if they seemed dumb or were already asked a bunch of times. He helped us get into contact with inspectors as well as find an electrician and window man for quotes on some things that needed repairs. He was open about his schedule and would give us a heads up if he would be out of town or with another client so that we wouldn't wonder why he didn't respond right away and still managed to get back to us within a few hours. He was very on the ball and helpful at every step and I will talk to others about his service.

Peter and I work together and we work together well on selling properties that I flip. I will continue to use him for all my future buying and selling needs

Working with Peter made my home buying experience super easy. Not only did he give me constant updates on properties I was looking at, he'd respond a few hours after any inquiries I had. Day or night, week or weekend. He was very organized and remember every detail I wanted in a property. He would send me listings that were at or below my budget. So I got a sense that he wasn't looking for just the commission but actually cares about his job and is passionate about real state. Hands down will always refer century 21 because of my experience with them.

Peter was very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding businesses we may have needed to get in contact with throughout the process. He was prompt when responding to questions. The whole process went smoothly and his reassurance along the way was comforting.

Peter communicated very well and always out things in words that first time buyers could understand. Our last house was a new construction house so this process was all comepletely different and new to us. He always made sure we were up to date, explaining, asking us if we had questions to make sure we understood, and always attended to things with us. It was a much better experience then our last realtor.

From the jump, I felt Peter Boettcher wasn't about getting us in a house and banking a commission. I felt his interest was helping us to find a house we desired at a price we could afford and however long that took, that was okay. Again, purchasing a home in a market several hundred miles away leaves one in a position where they have to have trust and confidence in one's broker. Peter provided that in spades, with a sense of humor, genuine humanity, accurate guidance, and attention to detail. I highly recommend his services.
